eS KOYAMA

Having visited the patisserie in person, I was genuinely surprised by how little of its charm and character comes through on the website. The physical space is beautiful, the branding is thoughtful, and the products clearly receive a great deal of care. Unfortunately, none of that seems to have made it online. If you didn’t already know it was a patisserie, you might not even realize it from the website. The clunky dropdown menus don’t help either. It’s a shame to see such a carefully crafted brand let down by its digital experience. The patisserie has something special—its website just doesn’t seem to know how to tell that story.
